Sports injuries are most commonly caused by poor training methods; structural abnormalities; weakness in muscles, tendons, ligaments; and unsafe exercising environments

Symptoms

There is no restriction in playing sports but unfortunately the risk of injury come together with it. Let us look more into details types of injury and its symptoms. There are two types of injury Acute and Chronic.

Acute are injuries that occurs in form of sprain and fractures while chronic is over a period of time and extended pain. Most common types of injuries are,

– Sprains
– Knee injury
– Deep tissue injury
– Fractures
– Disclocation injury
– Shoulder injury
– Neck injury
– Shin splints

This are most common once that people suffer from. It is extremely important to receive a better treatment to relief pain through adjustments or direct therapy, massage therapy or some exercise to go with.
At A-Plus Wellness Centre we use various technics and one of them is soft tissue instrument for mobilization. This breaks down the scar tissue and fascia restrictions that are usually associated with some form of trauma to the soft tissue like strained muscle or a pulled ligament and tendon.
